Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the best experience with Pool birdie! I had been having a skin reaction to our pools water. . Brian came and assessed our situation. He is extremely knowledgeable about the chemistry of the water. We decide to convert to a salt water pool. Our water is now sparkling, and my skin feels great! Our only regret is that we didn’t find them sooner! We highly recommend them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot speak more highly of Pool Birdie! We had a 911 pool emergency and received IMMEDIATE and excellent service. From the initial consultation to the servicing, their customer care was top-notch and we were treated with care. They were prompt, professional, and went the extra mile to come onsite after hours.
Their team is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to answer any questions, giving us peace of mind that our pool is in expert hands. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pool care!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bryan has cleaned our pool for years and it has never looked better. He always responds quickly if I have any problems or questions with the pool or with billing. I would definitely recommend Pool Birdie!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In February of this year, I had to move out of my house due to flooding. During that time, my pool pump and motor failed, turning my pool into a swampy mess, which was incredibly disappointing. I reached out to three pool cleaners: one from my previous service, another whose number I found on his truck, and a third with a five-star Google review. They all raised my hopes, promising I’d be swimming by the following weekend. I started to wonder if that was just a common line. They charged me hundreds of dollars, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about pool repairs and chemical balancing.

The only team that truly made me feel like they weren’t trying to take advantage of me during this tough time was POOL BIRDIE. Bryan was working on my neighbor’s pool and was professional from the start. He gave me the same reassurances as the others, but the difference was he kept his word. That kind of reliability is rare these days, and I could tell he understood how burnt out I was from dealing with pool issues. He and his team came in ready to help and knocked it out of the park!

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Pool Birdie—not just for their outstanding work, but for being genuinely good people. You all did an amazing job, and my pool water looks fantastic!

They do a fantastic job with all of them and our water is always beautiful. They are thorough and professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a consistently perfect pool.
